We want you to be happy with your Shakiy order. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work.
Return Window
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible, the item should be unused and in its original packaging.
Items That Can’t Be Returned
- Items that have been installed, cut to size, or otherwise altered
- Products damaged by misuse rather than a manufacturing defect
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
How to Start a Return
Contact us through our contact page with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll confirm eligibility and send you instructions for sending the item back.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm it’s approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping, at no cost to you.
Return Shipping Costs
For returns due to change of mind, the customer covers return shipping. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Shakiy covers the cost.
Exchanges
Want a different product instead of a refund? Let us know when you start your return and we’ll arrange an exchange once we receive the original item.
